Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason! We practice the Laughter as an exercise where we simulate or pretend laughing that soon leads to real Laughter. During a Laughter Yoga session, we will stimulate our laughing that combined with yogic breathing techniques, will promote all the physical and psychologic benefits of an extended and unconditional laughter.
Scientific research has proven that the body does not distinguish between real and simulated laughter:
  • By laughing deep, the body will lower our stress levels, we improve the oxygen supply in our body and we strength our immune system.
  • By laughing continuously, the brain releases all "happiness hormones – endorphins and serotonin" into the bloodstream, the state of mind changes positively helping us to be more resilient and joyful!
  • Laughter has a connecting, relaxing and liberating effect!
  • The best of it, it is suitable for “everyone”.
